When staying more than 3 nights the price will be reduced per person and night of 1 €.
Valid from November 1st until March 31st.
The higher rates are for persons older than 26 years of age, the lowers are for younger persons.
Octoberfest and trade fairs
During the Octoberfest and special fairs as i.g. Bauma is an extra charge of 10,00 € per person/night.
Family's Reduction
Infants sleeping in their own bed are accommodated free of charge;
Rates for Children up till 12 years: 13 EUR in a triple room and 15 EUR in a twin room.
Half-board
Individuals and small groups (until 15 persons) are invited to choose their meals à-la-carte. Dinner can be served every day (not always on our own restaurant); therefore, arrangements have to be made 4 - 6 weeks before the date of the arrival. The price for one meal is 8,00 € incl. a non-alcoholic drink. If half pension is arranged, please be so kind as to have your dinner at the agreed time.
