Terms of Payment and Cancellation

Bookings by phone are possible from 6 weeks before arrival. Groups and longer-term reservations have to be made written (snail-mail, e-mail or fax).

Deposit: A deposit of 20 % of the complete amount (minimum the amount for the first night) is required by the date mentioned in our confirmation. If there is no deposit possible (i.e. in case of a short-time booking), we will in charge you in case of cancellation (see below).

Payment: The remaining sum has to be paid on arrival (only in €!)

We accept: cash, traveler cheques, for individual also Maestro, VISA, MASTER.

Cancel: In case of complete cancellation:

• up to 60 days before the date of arrival: we charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount
• with 21 - 59 days before the date of arrival: we charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount
• with less than 21 days before the date of arrival: we charge a cancellation fee acc. to our losses, at least 20% of the total amount
